1. Orders

  • All cakes are customized according to your preferences in flavors, designs, and themes.
  • We require accurate information when placing an order, including delivery address, contact details, and order specifications.
  • Once the order is confirmed, we begin preparation and cannot accept changes or cancellations after that.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

  • Since every cake is made fresh and customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after the order is placed.
  • We encourage you to review and confirm all details before placing your order.
  • If you have questions, please contact us before confirming your order via WhatsApp or email.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be completed at the time of ordering via the available methods.
  • Orders are only confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.
  • We recommend making the payment promptly to ensure your order is scheduled and delivered on time.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within HSR Layout, Bangalore and nearby areas as communicated at the time of order.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the design and order volume.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.

5. Quality and Customization

  • We use fresh ingredients and maintain the highest standards of hygiene while preparing your cake.
  • Slight variations in color, shape, or decoration may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
  • We are happy to collaborate with you and ensure your vision is reflected in the final product.

6. Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before confirmation.
  • Once preparation begins, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • We take utmost care in preparing and delivering your cake, but we are not liable for damages arising due to misuse, storage issues, or unforeseen events once the product is delivered.
