We do both, depending on the order. Our classic New York-style is a baked cheesecake — dense, creamy, and very rich. We also make no-bake versions which have a lighter, mousse-like texture. Most people who haven't tried both tend to prefer the baked one once they do. If you have a preference, just mention it when you order.
Our current range includes classic New York, blueberry, strawberry, caramel, chocolate, and a seasonal mango version in summer. The blueberry is consistently our most popular. We're also open to custom flavour requests — if there's something you have in mind that's not on the list, ask us and we'll see if we can do it.
Cheesecakes absolutely work for birthdays. We can add birthday messages, candles, and even some minimal decorations on top. If you want something a bit more elaborate, a hybrid — cheesecake base with a layer of cake — is also something we've done before. A lot of people in Bangalore are bored of regular birthday cakes and specifically ask for cheesecake as an alternative.
Cheesecakes are best eaten within 2 days of delivery. Keep it refrigerated and covered. Don't freeze it — the texture changes significantly after freezing and thawing. Take it out of the fridge 15–20 minutes before serving so it's not ice-cold when you eat it.
You can, but handle it carefully — cheesecakes are delicate, especially on top. Keep it horizontal at all times. If you're taking it to someone's house or a venue, ideally use the original box flat in the back seat of a car (not the boot on a bumpy Bangalore road). We pack everything securely, but the smoother the journey, the better it arrives.
